Site Development and Civil Works

We begin each project by preparing the site for full-scale operations. This includes leveling, compaction, and base works for roads, pathways, and building foundations. Prefabricated Buildings and Modular Structures

ARABPEX manufactures and installs prefabricated cabins and modular buildings for a wide range of uses. These include site offices, accommodation blocks, dining facilities, control rooms, canteens, and recreation areas. Every structure is built with durable insulated panels, heavy-duty steel framing, and energy-efficient systems to perform reliably under Saudi Arabia’s demanding climate.

Electrical and Power Systems

We provide a complete electrical network and power management system for each TCF site. This includes generator installation, power distribution panels, cabling, and lighting for both indoor and outdoor areas. Water Supply and Plumbing Systems

ARABPEX installs water supply, plumbing, and wastewater systems that provide clean water for drinking, washing, and construction activities. Our team manages the full pipeline network from IBC tanks or boreholes to kitchens, toilets, and accommodation units. Sewage and Drainage Infrastructure
